Welcome
Hi, I’m Stephanie, an Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Chinese medicine practitioner working at the intersection of classical theory, bioenergetic physiology, modern medicine, and the natural world.
My work is grounded in one premise: nature is the physician, and wuxing, the five movements of Qi, is the medicine it has always been practicing. Fire rises. Water descends. Wood expands. Metal contracts. Earth centers. These aren’t metaphors. They’re the directions Qi moves in your body, across the seasons of your life, and through the spaces you inhabit. My role is to read that medicine accurately and help your body remember how to receive it.
My Approach
In the clinic, I practice acupuncture, herbal medicine, bodywork, facial acupuncture, and nutritional guidance, all expressions of a single classical model applied to your specific pattern of imbalance.
In virtual sessions, I offer various Elemental Health & Living Readings that draw on Chinese medicine, Bazi (four-pillar astrology), and Feng Shui to map your elemental constitution across three domains: your body, your timing, and your environment. The same medicine, at three different scales.
Why This Matters
Modern medicine is extraordinary and necessary, but incomplete.
Classical Chinese medicine is the other half. At its heart is Yang Sheng, the art of nourishing life. Not treating disease, but cultivating the conditions in which health naturally arises. Nature as physician. Qi flow as health.
Health isn’t a destination or a thing to manage. It’s a direction.
When you understand how your Qi moves, in your body, across the seasons of your life, and through the spaces you inhabit, you stop managing symptoms and start participating in the medicine nature is already practicing.
